Events

  • There are several ways to book private lessons:

For first-timers, we recommend contacting us so we can discuss your athlete’s specific needs and match them with the right instructor. We also offer a 30-minute player evaluation at a discounted rate of $40 for those unsure about private instruction.

For returning clients, you can easily book online via the Upperhand website or mobile app. Lesson options can be found under the "Browse Events" tab. Members receive a 25% discount for private lessons. The price is updated automatically at checkout.

We have a range of instructors who specialize in all aspects of baseball and softball—hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching. Availability may vary by trainer, which is another reason we recommend contacting us first.

Lessons can not be booked using the software within three hours of the start time. If you need to book on short notice, contact us.

  • Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your lesson through your Upperhand account. Simply log in and view your upcoming schedule. From there, you can select to reschedule or cancel the event.

Please note that for lessons and certain events, there is a cutoff for changes three hours before the start time. This helps give our trainers enough notice to adjust their schedules.

Our trainers are notified when they are booked, but we do not have staff available at the facility all day. Please make sure to cancel or reschedule in advance to allow for proper adjustments.

  • We require separate managed profiles for each player under your Upperhand account. From there, if you are looking to split a 60-minute session, you can book individual 30-minute lessons for each child. We can also arrange a group lesson with select trainers. This allows you to schedule both siblings for a one-hour session together.

If the event requires a credit pass, you’ll need to first purchase the pass. Afterward, make sure to apply the pass to the class you choose to attend. If you don’t apply it, you won’t be properly registered and may miss important event updates.

  • Yes! The Dugout’s indoor/outdoor design offers the perfect venue for your party. Whether your child loves baseball, softball, kickball, or just wants to run around and have fun, we provide a unique party experience for all ages.
