National Training Center is your way of refining your skills and training for the future. NTC allows members and non-members to book lessons and camps at The Dugout. Even during team practice times, NTC has dedicated space to hit, pitch, and field. All bookings are scheduled through our software, Upperhand, either in the app or online. Here you can select lesson type, length, time, and trainer. Members receive discounts through NTC while non-members MUST BE ESCORTED by their trainer into the facility. Private lessons - How It Works:

  • Choose Your Lesson Type: Select from options like 30- or 60-minute hitting, pitching, fielding, or catching lessons.

  • Pick Your Trainer: Each trainer has specific expertise and sets their own availability.

  • Book Your Time: Available times are based on each trainer’s personal schedule. Bookings must be made at least 3 hours in advance to allow proper notification for the trainer.

⚠️ Important:
NTC does not have trainers onsite for walk-ins. All lessons must be booked ahead through UpperHand. If a trainer (who is an independent contractor) is unable to attend your session, this is not the fault of NTC — but we will gladly help you reschedule with the same or a different trainer.
