National Training Center is your way of refining your skills and training for the future. NTC allows members and non-members to book lessons and camps at The Dugout. Even during team practice times, NTC has dedicated spaces to hit, pitch, and field. All bookings are scheduled through our software, Playbook, either in the app or online. Here you can select lesson type, length, time, and instructor. Members receive discounts through NTC, while non-members MUST BE ESCORTED by their trainer into the facility. Private lessons - How It Works:

Browse Instructors: On the Lessons tab in Playbook, browse the list of instructors and select the one you’re interested in. Next to each instructor’s name, you’ll see what they specialize in (baseball or softball; hitting, pitching, fielding, or catching).
Reserve Your Time: Once you’ve chosen a trainer, select the participant and lesson duration, then pick an available time slot to book.
Lesson Lengths: Some trainers offer 30- or 60-minute lessons, while others offer 60-minute sessions only.
Booking Window: All lessons must be booked online at least 3 hours in advance. Certain trainers may require more notice to accommodate their schedules.
Member Discount: Most trainers honor the 25% discount for Dugout and CFL Pride members. “Pro trainers” set their own pricing and may be excluded from the discount.
No Walk-Ins: All lessons must be booked online in advance through Playbook.
